Angelica, NCC, CCTP
Angelica Valentin is a National Certified Counselor, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and Licensed eligible LPC. Her passion is working with individuals and families living with anxiety, depression, guilt, mood disorders, traumatic and acquired brain injury, and trauma. Angelica is a mother to four children, with a special needs son. She is an ally for the special needs community and works with families navigating the emotions associated with newly diagnosed children.
Niya is trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Aggression Replacement, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Her approach is person-centered, strength-based and solution-focused. She has provides counseling services to individuals, couples, and families with a wide range of challenges including PTSD, relationship issues, behavior concerns, depression, anxiety, stress management, personality disorders, and anger management. Niya has a passion for helping others and believes that developing a trusting relationship is the foundation for effective therapy.
Judy, MS, CAADC
Judy is a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Judy is trained in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Attachment-Based Therapy. She specializes in working with individuals who suffer from eating disorders, body dysmorphia, disordered eating, and those wanting to break free from diet culture. Her experience extends to those struggling with addictions, depression, anxiety, self-harming, relationship issues and family conflict. She works with individuals of all ages and their families.
Sandra, MA, LBS
Sandra has a passion collaborating with parents of children diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing support and parent education. Sandra believes that an individual’s thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and experiences influence the individual and provide insight into the healing and growth process. Sandra utilizes person-centered therapy, psychoeducation, and cognitive behavior therapy to support her clients. She values utilizing the tools available and believes therapy is a collaborative process between her and the client.
Amber has a passion for working with survivors of trauma and has experience supporting survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence. Amber also has a special interest in supporting individuals who struggle with body image and self-esteem concerns in their goals toward self-acceptance. Amber is an LGBTQ+ ally and is dedicated to creating and maintaining a safe space for all individuals. She has knowledge of CBT and DBT therapeutic interventions and also integrates motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, and the strengths-based approach

Angelique has extensive training in Interpersonal Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy for trauma, and Narrative Therapy. She is Perinatal Mental Health -Certified, is a Certified Lactation Counselor, and is a perinatal bereavement specialist. Angelique partners with clients using a trauma-sensitive, person-centered approach, and her interpersonal style is warm, empathetic, calming, and down-to-earth. Angelique holds space for people facing life challenges like depression, anxiety, or relationship issues, and she specializes in perinatal mood & anxiety disorders, parent-infant attachment & early parenting (ages 0-3), perinatal relationship & role transitions, birth trauma, infertility, adoption, and pregnancy or infant loss. She is a BIPOC and LGBTQ ally.
Rachael, LPC, CAADC, EMDR Provider
Rachael is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC). She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). Rachael incorporates sensorimotor and expressive arts approaches into her therapeutic style. Rachael is an LGBTQ+ ally. She specializes in the treatment of trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship/attachment concerns, life stressors, substance abuse, and struggles with esteem and identity. Rachael believes that treatment is a collaborative process and focuses on the unique strengths and needs of each individual. Rachael is available for both in-person and virtual appointments.
Michelle is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Michelle is trained in Perinatal Mental Health and a mother herself. Michelle has experience supporting individuals who may struggling during major transitional periods, as well as anger management, stress, anxiety, depression, educational issues, mood disorders, and emotional support. While working with children and adults, she utilizes a client centered approach, while also incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness.
Aalih is a Licensed Social Worker. Advocating for women's rights and wellness has been a life-long passion and she is committed to creating spaces in which women's voices can be heard from all cultures and religions. Aalih has been through the Postpartum Support International Training and working towards her Certification in Perinatal Mental Health. Aalih provides and holds a non-judgmental therapeutic environment for all women. Aalih is 100% virtual.

Brenna is a Licensed Professional Counselor with her Masters in Mental Health Counseling. She is trained and certified in EMDR, Perinatal EMDR, CPT, Trauma Therapy, DBT, and is in an Advanced Drug and Alcohol Specialist.
Breanne is a Licensed Professional Counselor with her Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from West Chester University. Breanne specializes with children and young adults however also enjoys working with women struggling with life changes, anxiety, and depression. Breanne has a passion working with the LGBTQA+ community, specifically with adolescents and young adults.
Carolyn, LSW, CCTP
Carolyn is a Licensed Social Worker and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. She is a single mother to a busy toddler! Professionally, she has experience working with mamas, trauma survivors, domestic violence survivors, sexual assault survivors, individuals in recovery from addiction/alcoholism, and individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar and ADHD.
Gabrielle, LCSW CAADC
Gabrielle (Gabby) is a licensed clinical social worker, certified advanced alcohol and drug counselor,. Gabby's professional experience includes working with individuals with co-occurring disorders, juvenile delinquents, youths in specialized foster care, and women and families in inpatient drug and alcohol treatment. Gabby has worked with clients of all ages, and specializes in working with individuals, couples, and families to identify maladaptive behavior patterns, set boundaries, and engage in meaningful interactions. Gabby believes every individual has their own unique strengths, and even in the worst possible scenarios, there is always hope.
Paxton specializes in perinatal therapy, sex therapy and intimacy, and family/couple counseling. She has vast experience working with survivors of child sexual abuse, domestic violence, and interpersonal trauma. Paxton integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Interpersonal Psychotherapy within treatment. She uses this approach to assist in the treatment of Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders, PTSD, Anxiety and Panic Disorders, and intimacy related issues.
Brianne is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, wife, and mother. She attended Widener University for her Masters in Social Work with a focus in clinical practice. Brianne's passion is working with mothers, college stressors, couples, and families. Brianne is 100% virtual.

Amanda, owner of Everlasting Wellness LLC, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) Therapist. She is Nationally Certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). Amanda is the first and only PMH-C in Berks County. She is also the PSI Support Coordinator for Berks and Schuylkill Counties linking women and their families to resources in the community.
Christine is the caring voice you hear when you call. She is our lovely Admin Assistant. Christine is Native to Berks County, graduating from RHS and RACC. She has almost 20 years in the nonprofit sector with a local well known youth organization. She is a blessed Mother, Grandmother and Wife. Passionate about family, serving others, self care and just overall wellness(mind, body and soul). She is an amazing additional to supporting and empowering women
