Brooke is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Advanced Drug and Alcohol Counselor (CAADC). She graduated with a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Shippensburg University and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology with a concentration in Family, Youth and Children. She has held therapeutic roles for 10 years in inpatient, outpatient and school settings. Brooke is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and prefers to create a therapeutic relationship focused on client strengths and interests.
Brooke has experience working with persons who need support with anxiety, depression, addiction, communication issues and low self-esteem and body appreciation. Brooke specializes in supporting those who struggle to make change, adjust to change and remain consistent with change. Parents and couples who believe they have fallen into unhealthy patterns and are wanting to revive their connection, improve communication skills or address challenges in their relationship and family are a good match for Brooke.
