Understanding Your Coverage

Every insurance plan is different. To verify your benefits, we recommend contacting your insurance provider and asking:

• Does my plan include mental health benefits?

• What is my copay, coinsurance, or deductible?

• Have I met my deductible?

• Is there a session limit per year?

• Do I need a referral from my primary care physician?

Cancellation Policy

We understand life happens. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a $160 fee.
