Private Pay Rates and Times:

• $180/Intake Session
• $200/Couples/Family Therapy Session (45-90 minutes)
• $160/Individual Session (50 minutes)
• $120/Individual Session (<50 minutes)
• $160/Late Cancellation or No Show Fee

EMDR Therapy with EMDR Therapists

• $200/Intake Session
• $175/Individual Session (45+ minutes)

Graduate Interns

• $80/session
• Sliding Scale Available for Medicaid or Medicare insured or if in a financial hardship.
• Accepting Cigna Insurance

Clinical Consulting/Supervision 

• Cost for individual supervision is $85 per session and group is $60 per group. See Licensure Supervision for more information.

ADHD Assessments with Katie

• ADHD Assessment: $250

Amanda Hunter LCSW, PMH-C CEO and Founder

• $180 a therapy session 45+ minutes
• $180 a business consulting session

We accept cash, check, HSA/FSA, and all major credit cards as forms of payment. Credit Card must be on file.

Superbills Provided for Out of Network Benefits, if not in network, to give to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

We'd recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged $160.
