    Elizabeth is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) who earned her Masters degree at Walden University with a concentration in Advanced Clinical Practice. While at Walden University she was inducted into Sigma Alpha Pi. Also known as the National Society of Leadership and Success, the largest collegiate leadership honor society in the United States. This society allowed Elizabeth to flourish and help others discover their strengths and potentials. She strives to always create a welcoming non-judgmental atmosphere where clients feel safe and empowered.

    Elizabeth has therapeutic experience in schools, hospitals, doctor offices, outpatient settings, community non-profits, and in-home services. Elizabeth is passionate about working with teens and adults. Her experiences have included working with clients who have military life stressors, anxiety, depression, trauma, and self-esteem issues. She uses her personal experience, as well as her educational background, to help individuals and couples. Elizabeth utilizes theories including Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance Commitment Theory (ACT) when working with clients.
