    Jessica is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy should provide a safe space for others to show up exactly as they are. Jessica earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work at Widener University in 2015. She utilizes a trauma-informed, person-centered approach.

    Jessica is passionate about making sure therapy is accessible to all and utilizes adapted approaches as needed. She has significant experience working with neurodiverse populations as well as children, adults, and families encountering serious and/or terminal medical issues, disability, transition/change, and other life stressors.

    Jessica has worked in a variety of settings including hospitals, residential settings, home care agencies, schools, communities, and with an animal-assisted therapy farm. She has a passion for helping individuals who are struggling to adjust after trauma, grief, and loss.

    Jessica is a trained facilitator for the Biographical Timeline process and particularly enjoys working with new moms and moms with new or changing roles (blended families, divorce/transition, working moms, etc.); helping professionals experiencing burnout and/or secondary trauma; and individuals/families who are in need of support through a challenging transition. Jessica’s therapeutic style is non-threatening, empathetic, and inclusive. She is also a mom, former CEO, and advocate for social justice.
