“I encourage you to live your life with transparency, knowing you are safer revealing your truth than you are covering it up with layers of armor. Feel the full range of your feelings. Create those moments of healing that soothe the cries of your soul and propel you forward in your personal evolution. Risk creating and fully entering those moments of vulnerability that will break your heart wide open and stretch your capacity to love.” – Mariah Fenton Gladis
