• Paxton, M.Ed

    Paxton Murphy received her Masters in Counseling and Human Services from Lehigh University.
    Paxton’s professional experience includes forensic psychology and community mental health. During her previous clinical work, she worked in legal settings and outpatient settings.

    Paxton specializes in perinatal therapy, sex therapy and intimacy, and family/couple counseling. She has vast experience working with survivors of child sexual abuse, domestic violence, and interpersonal trauma. Paxton integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Interpersonal Psychotherapy within treatment. She uses this approach to assist in the treatment of Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders, PTSD, Anxiety and Panic Disorders, and intimacy related issues.

    Paxton’s goal is to assist her clients in improving their quality of life through empowering and advocating for her clients.

    Paxton will be seeing clients in the Sinking Spring Location and Virtually.
