Sandra, MA, LBS

Sandie is a master’s level therapist and a Licensed Behavior Specialist. She attended Eastern University earning her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with Applied Behavior Analysis.
Sandie works with individuals experiencing anxiety and mood disorders, anger, grief, ADHD, suicidality, and self-harm. She leans on holistic and culturally responsive practices when working with individuals identifying as neurodiverse as well as individuals from diverse faiths, cultures, and backgrounds. Sandra has received training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), grief and loss, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs).
Sandie believes therapy is a collaborative process and works with clients to help them understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors effect their daily living. She fosters a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to be themselves and share their stories so that they may move toward growth and healing.
Sandie lives with her partner and his two children. She is a career changer; going back to school to complete both her bachelor’s degree and master’s degree later in life. In her spare time, Sandie enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, yoga, knitting, and reading.
