The Client Care Coordinator (CCC) is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a critical role in shaping their experience from the very first interaction.

This is a fast-paced role that requires someone who can think quickly, manage multiple priorities at once, and operate independently with confidence.

Requirements:

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can keep up with high call volume
• Can multitask effectively without compromising accuracy or client experience
• Works independently and does not require constant direction or oversight
• Takes initiative and completes tasks from start to finish
• Is dependable, accountable, and consistent in performance
• Is able to work evenings and be fully in person

Qualifications:

• Strong phone presence and clear communication skills
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve in real time
• Experience in healthcare, administrative support, or customer service preferred

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency
• Schedule new and existing client appointments accurately
• Support intake coordination and ensure completion of required documentation
• Conduct follow-up calls, reminders, and outreach
• Manage multiple systems and workflows simultaneously
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards
