Bernadette Elinsky, LSW
Bernadette is a Licensed Social Worker with a history of working in community behavioral health settings. As such, she has experience addressing a spectrum of challenges, including grief and loss, anxiety, depression, parenting and attachment difficulties, substance use, and court-mandated treatment. Through a trauma-informed and person-in-environment lens, Bernadette aims to take a multi-dimensional approach with each client, seeing them as a unique culmination of their experiences, and helping them navigate through difficulties. She is specifically passionate about supporting those experiencing parenting and relationship difficulties, as well as working with those challenged by life transitions.
Nicole Robb, LPC, CCTP | Outpatient Supervisor
Nicole has experience working with clients of all ages, and specializes in working with pre-adolescents, adolescents and adults. Nicole utilizes empathy, compassion, and humor to hold space for individuals as they navigate challenges surrounding anxiety, depression, anger, grief and loss, past trauma, as well as other difficult transitions. Nicole supports clients utilizing principles of CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and a strengths-based approach.
Kaili McKernan LAPC, NCC
Kaili McKernan, Outpatient Therapist, is a National Certified Counselor who started her career in human services in 2016 and is currently accumulating clinical supervision hours towards professional licensure (LPC). She is highly skilled in Attachment Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Family Therapy (inclusive of Couples/Marriage Counseling) and Play Therapy. Her passion is supporting other Mamas (as she is a Mom of 5) in their perinatal/parenting journeys along with her love for counseling kiddos, teens, and young adults.
Nicole Mohl, LAPC, CTP, CAADC, NCC
Nicole is a Nationally Certified Counselor and has her Masters in Mental Health Counseling. Nicole specializes in body image struggles and disordered eating. She also has a passion working with those struggling with anxiety, depression and trauma. Nicole is trained in DBT, CBT, and is a Certified Trauma Professional.
Michelle Adler, LAPC
Michelle A. is passionate about Women’s Mental Health. Navigating the transitions of life and the expectations placed on women is the focus of her theoretical approach. After a career in Psychological education and research, Michelle returned to school for second Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health. Using both education and experience Michelle supports individuals at a crossroads. When life has felt heavy and the psychology burdens become heavy to bear, Michelle will walk with you on your journey to wellness. Michelle’s caseload supports individuals from 8 to 80. “Whether it is for a season of this life or longer, I would like to support you on your journey to wellness”
Jocelina Gomez-Baez, LSW
Jocelina is a bilingual therapist who speaks English and Spanish. She is passionate about working with trauma survivors, providing LGBTQIA+ affirming therapeutic care, and guiding individuals as they navigate transitional periods such as graduating high school or college, starting a new career, ending relationships, and more. Jocelina utilizes various therapeutic approaches such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Gestalt Therapy.
Emily Burt, LSW, CTP, EMDR Provider
Emmy is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and Certified Trauma Professional (CTP) specializing in the treatment of trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and substance abuse. She has experience in individual, couples, and group therapy. Utilizing a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach, Emmy collaborates with individuals to meet their goals and improve their wellness.
Brooke Riccobono, LPC | Community Relations Liaison
Brooke is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 10 years of clinical experience. Brooke specializes in working with individuals with anxiety, maternal mental health concerns and adjusting to parenthood. She sees couples looking to reconnect and revive their communication with each other. She is trained in CBT and DBT and strength-based approaches to therapy.
Michelle Dorshimer, LPC, GCP, CSAM | Outpatient Director
Michelle D. is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Michelle is trained in Perinatal Mental Health and a mother herself. Michelle has experience supporting individuals who may be struggling during major transitional periods, as well as anger management, stress, anxiety, depression, educational issues, mood disorders, and emotional support. While working with children and adults, she utilizes a client centered approach, while also incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness.
Kayla Fox, LSW | ASCEND Supervisor
Kayla is a Licensed Social Worker trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family System Theories, Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered approaches. She has a passion for supporting adolescents and young adults through life transitions, self-discovery, and anxiety management. Kayla employs empathy, genuineness, and humor in her practice.
Gabrielle Marshall, LCSW | ASCEND Supervisor
Gabby is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and trauma-informed therapist, whose roles include ASCEND Supervisor and therapist at Everlasting Wellness. Gabby has worked in the field for over 10 years, with clients of all ages. Gabby specializes in working with motivated individuals and couples to identify maladaptive behavior patterns, manage mental health symptoms, set boundaries, and improve their overall quality of life. Gabby uses directness and empathy in her practice, and believes every individual has their own strengths.

Breanne is a Licensed Professional Counselor and LGBTQIA+ ally whose main modalities are CBT, client centered, strength based, play therapy, and DBT; however, she utilizes an eclectic approach to support each client individually with what works best for them. She has a passion for working with children, teens, young adults and mamas.

Tarynn is a LGBTQIA+ ally. She loves working with all genders, on a variety of life issues, and truly believes that while therapy can be hard it can also be healing. She integrates honesty, accountability, and humor into sessions while also holding space for what needs to be felt or expressed no matter how heavy. Some of her passion areas to treat: ADHD, anxiety, depression, PMDD, relational trauma, especially recovery from narcissistic abuse. Fully licensed, 10+ years experience.

Nikki is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and is a Clinical Certified Trauma Professional. Nikki is formally trained in EMDR and has experience in supporting individuals with a variety of problems, including, but not limited to: anxiety, depression, trauma, life situation adjustment issues, grief & loss and life transitions. She uses a client centered and strengths-based approach to create a space for her clients to feel seen and heard while building on their own existing strengths.

Hannah is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) who is passionate about assisting her clients in becoming the best version of themselves. Her background includes working with clients who struggle to cope with symptoms of anxiety, depression, disordered eating, inattention, sleep problems, mood disorders, personality disorders, and a variety of traumas and addictions. Hannah strives to create a safe and comfortable space for her clients to feel heard, while supporting them through life’s endless challenges.
Stacy Kline, LPC, C-DBT, CCTP
Stacy is a dedicated therapist specializing in helping individuals overcome trauma using various therapeutic approaches such as EMDR, DBT, CBT, and CPT. Her focus is on working with first responders, veterans, and trauma survivors. Her approach is informed by her own experiences with a family of veterans and first responders. She is committed to creating a safe, nurturing environment for her clients and offers tailored, comprehensive support.

Brenna is a Licensed Professional Counselor with her Masters in Mental Health Counseling. She is trained and certified in EMDR, Perinatal EMDR, CPT, Trauma Therapy, DBT, Grief and Loss, and is in an Advanced Drug and Alcohol Specialist.
Stephanie Berlin, LPC, CCTP, CAADC
Stephanie is a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and trained EMDR provider. She has experience providing individual, group, and family therapy to individuals with co-occurring mental health, trauma, substance use and behavioral addictions. Stephanie is passionate about working with individuals recovering from trauma and addiction, battling depression and anxiety, and struggling with low self-esteem, conflict in relationships, and life transitions.
