Administrative and Billing Team

Heather is our amazing and hard working Administrative and Compliance Director. She is a busy mama of 2 boys and longtime local to Berks and Montgomery County. Heather is also an Angel Mama and passionate about breaking the silence regarding infant loss. When she is not working, she is probably sitting by the pool or watching one of her boys play sports.

Shyla is one of our talented and empowering Administrative Assistants. She has her Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management (thanks to her love of travel and good food!) Shyla’s passion is helping Women be seen, heard, and feeling supported in their decision to create time for themselves to get the help they need. That is not always an easy task. Girl Power. Her hope is that we can support our children and give them the tools they need to overcome all challenges and be the positive change the world needs.

Cloe attended Montgomery County Community College where she obtained her Associates Degree in Health Care Management with a concentration in Medical Billing and Coding. Cloe started her own mental health journey 4 years ago and is a huge advocate for having your voice be heard no matter how big or small. She is a proud cat mama who loves to read and take nature walks in her free time.

Roberta is one of our hard-working and dedicated Administrative Assistants. She was born and raised in Montgomery County, where she still resides. She is a busy aunt of two boys, and often spends her weekends at their sporting events. Roberta is over 3 years into her recovery journey and an advocate for those who are struggling with mental health. Roberta is a proud mama of 4 cats and a bearded dragon. She is always willing to lend a listening ear and hear your story.

Destiny is a counselor known for her exceptional communication skills, unwavering dedication, and meticulous approach. Committed to providing comprehensive support, she thrives on creating meaningful connections. She finds enjoyment in traveling and cherished moments with loved ones. She indulges in the artistry of intricate makeup, adding a touch of creativity to life's canvas. Join her on her professional journey rooted in care and efficiency.

Kayla is one of our hard-working and dedicated Administrative Assistants. She is a Berks County native where she resides with her daughter. Kayla went to RACC for medical assisting and is currently finishing her degree in Psychology, minoring in child and adolescent development. Kayla is a big advocate of mental and physical abuse. She believes no voice is too small. In her spare time, Kayla likes spending time with her family and friends, crafting and playing outside with her dog.
