Heather is our amazing and hard working Administrative and Compliance Coordinator. She is certified as a Mental Health Administrative Professional. She is a busy mama of 2 boys and longtime local to Berks and Montgomery County. Heather is also an Angel Mama and passionate about breaking the silence regarding infant loss. When she is not working, she is probably sitting by the pool or watching one of her boys play sports.

Heather H is our Billing Specialist and brings over 25 years of experience in the mental health field. She joined Everlasting Wellness because of her deep commitment to ensuring all women feel heard, validated, and empowered throughout their care journey. Heather plays a vital role in supporting our clients with compassion, integrity, and attention to detail.

Jexsaida is a proud Latina, and mother of 3. Her personal journey through balancing career, motherhood, and healing has fueled her passion for supporting others in finding clarity, self-love, and wholeness. With years of experience leading women’s circles, wellness events, and coaching programs, Jex is dedicated to creating safe spaces where people feel seen, heard, and empowered. She is a strong advocate for mental health awareness, self-care, and community connection. Outside of her work, she loves practicing self-care, spending time with her husband and children, journaling, and hosting gatherings that bring people together in meaningful ways.

Cloe attended Montgomery County Community College where she obtained her Associates Degree in Health Care Management with a concentration in Medical Billing and Coding. Cloe started her own mental health journey 4 years ago and is a huge advocate for having your voice be heard no matter how big or small. She is a proud cat mama who loves to read and take nature walks in her free time.

Izzy has a deep-rooted history of exceptional customer service and a strong commitment to assisting those in the Berks County area, where she currently resides. A proud boy mom, she welcomed her son in 2024 after navigating a journey through infertility and the heartache of infant loss in 2023. Izzy is passionate about honoring and valuing every individual, regardless of their background, gender, race, religion, or experiences. With a servant’s heart, she is always ready to help others. Having faced her own health challenges, she is a dedicated advocate for those experiencing abuse and infertility, as well as raising awareness about infant loss. When she's not advocating for others, Izzy enjoys spending quality time with her family, reading, singing, and creating beautiful party decorations.

Cath is an enthusiastic Filipino virtual assistant who is passionate about supporting Everlasting behind the scenes so our clinical team can focus more on delivering quality client care. She is driven, adaptable, and committed to excellence. She brings strong administrative skills to every task she handles which is combined with a warm, client-centered approach in all interactions, consistently going the extra mile to ensure smooth operations and exceptional support. Outside of work, Cath enjoys swimming and playing badminton to stay active and energized. She is also a proud fur mom to three adorable fur babies who keep her life fun and full of love!

Nicole is a highly dependable virtual assistant who is passionate about helping Everlasting stay organized and focused on client care. She takes pride in creating efficient systems and ensuring day-to-day administrative operations run seamlessly. With a steady and proactive approach, Nicole works diligently to provide consistent, reliable support to both our clients and our team. Outside of work, Nicole values a balance of fresh air and cozy downtime. While she enjoys spending time outdoors, she has recently embraced the simple joy of staying in. You might find her unwinding at a favorite café, experimenting with new recipes, or keeping up with sports. Whether professionally or personally, Nicole is known for being someone others can count on.

Shyla is our talented and empowering Executive Operations Assistant. She has her Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management (thanks to her love of travel and good food!). Shyla’s passion is helping Women to be seen, heard, and feel supported in their decision to create time for themselves to get the help they need. That is not always an easy task. Girl Power. Her hope is that we can support our children and give them the tools they need to overcome all challenges and be the positive change the world needs.

Megan is the Executive Assistant to our CEO and Founder. She is an adaptable professional with a background in recruiting, healthcare support, and administration. She thrives on keeping schedules organized, supporting teams, and ensuring the details are taken care of. Outside of work, Megan loves staying active. She played lacrosse for years and now enjoys workouts on her Peloton. She’s also passionate about cooking, all kinds of crafting, and taking long walks with her German Shepherd, Kylo. Most recently, Megan became a mom to a baby girl, which has given her a deeper appreciation for the importance of maternal wellness and support
