Administrative and Billing Team

Heather is our amazing and hard working Administrative and Compliance Director. She is a busy mama of 2 boys and longtime local to Berks and Montgomery County. Heather is also an Angel Mama and passionate about breaking the silence regarding infant loss. When she is not working, she is probably sitting by the pool or watching one of her boys play sports.

Shyla is one of our talented and empowering Administrative Assistants. She has her Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management (thanks to her love of travel and good food!) Shyla’s passion is helping Women be seen, heard, and feeling supported in their decision to create time for themselves to get the help they need. That is not always an easy task. Girl Power. Her hope is that we can support our children and give them the tools they need to overcome all challenges and be the positive change the world needs.

Cloe attended Montgomery County Community College where she obtained her Associates Degree in Health Care Management with a concentration in Medical Billing and Coding. Cloe started her own mental health journey 4 years ago and is a huge advocate for having your voice be heard no matter how big or small. She is a proud cat mama who loves to read and take nature walks in her free time.

Izzy has a deep-rooted history of exceptional customer service and a strong commitment to assisting those in the Berks County area, where she currently resides. A proud boy mom, she welcomed her son in 2024 after navigating a journey through infertility and the heartache of infant loss in 2023. Izzy is passionate about honoring and valuing every individual, regardless of their background, gender, race, religion, or experiences. With a servant’s heart, she is always ready to help others. Having faced her own health challenges, she is a dedicated advocate for those experiencing abuse and infertility, as well as raising awareness about infant loss. When she's not advocating for others, Izzy enjoys spending quality time with her family, reading, singing, and creating beautiful party decorations.
