Viktoriya Repchuk, LAPC
As a therapist, Viktoriya is passionate about supporting women as they navigate anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and the emotional challenges that can leave them feeling disconnected. She believes healing begins with self-understanding rather than self-judgment, creating a space where people feel genuinely heard, supported, and empowered to explore the experiences that have shaped them. Through compassion, psychoeducation, and evidence-based care, Viktoriya helps clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, using that insight to create meaningful, lasting change. In addition to supporting women, Viktoriya enjoys working with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, OCD related concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, and life transitions. She believes therapy is not about “fixing” people; it’s about understanding them. By blending psychoeducation with creative expression, Viktoriya creates a collaborative space where clients can deepen their self-understanding, develop practical skills, and discover meaningful ways to process and express their emotions. As a Ukrainian immigrant, Viktoriya recognizes that every individual brings a unique cultural story into the therapy room. She believes our identities are shaped not only by personal experiences but also by our families, cultures, and communities. Her passion for multicultural counseling is reflected in her commitment to approaching each client with cultural humility, inclusivity, and respect, creating a space where people of all backgrounds feel seen and understood.Viktoriya earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling from Alvernia University and is currently working toward licensure as a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) under clinical supervision. She has specialized training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and utilizes an integrative, trauma-informed approach that combines evidence-based practices with creativity, collaboration, and compassion.Outside of the therapy room, Viktoriya enjoys creating art, getting lost in a good movie or TV series, and spending time with her two cats, Remy and Bruce. As a self-proclaimed foodie, she always welcomes recommendations, whether that’s a favorite restaurant, a family recipe, or an underrated grocery store find.
