As our Administrative & Compliance Coordinator and a certified Mental Health Administrative Professional, she helps ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so our team can focus on what matters most—supporting clients and families. Known for her strong work ethic, organization, and compassionate approach, Heather brings both structure and heart to every aspect of her work.

Heather is also an Angel Mama whose journey through infant loss ignited a passion for breaking the silence surrounding grief and loss. She believes in creating space for honest conversations, supporting others through difficult seasons, and helping families feel seen, understood, and less alone. Through Remembered Without Silence, Heather provides mentorship, advocacy, and a supportive community for parents navigating pregnancy and infant loss—because no parent should have to carry that grief alone.

A longtime local to Berks and Montgomery County, Heather is deeply connected to the communities she serves and passionate about supporting local families. She is a proud mama of two boys, and much of her life outside of work revolves around family, creating memories, and cheering from the sidelines at sporting events. Her experiences as both a mother and caregiver have shaped the empathy and dedication she brings to those around her.

When she’s not working behind the scenes, you’ll likely find Heather binge watching Netflix, spending time with her family, or supporting her boys in the activities they love. Whether at work, at home, or within her community, Heather leads with kindness, resilience, and a genuine desire to make others feel supported.
