Nicole is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). Her professional experience is rooted in a commitment to empowering individuals through evidence-based therapeutic practices. She has extensive training and practical application of various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), which she utilizes to help clients develop practical coping skills and address challenging thought patterns. Her approach also heavily integrates mindfulness techniques to foster present-moment awareness and emotional regulation, alongside a strong strengths-based perspective to highlight and build upon each client’s inherent resilience and capabilities. Through continuous professional development and integration of other proven practices, Nicole strives to provide comprehensive and effective support tailored to your unique needs, ensuring the most effective and tailored support for your healing journey.
Outside of her work, Nicole is passionate about her pets and enjoys taking her dogs for walks. She also loves to read, spend time with friends and family, volunteer, spend time outdoors, and attend concerts and community theater.
