As a therapist passionate about body image and eating disorder recovery, Nicole is dedicated to helping women heal their relationship with food, body, and self-worth. She offers compassionate, evidence-based care that supports you in breaking free from disordered patterns and reclaiming a positive body image. With a deep understanding of the emotional and societal challenges women face, Nicole creates a safe, empowering space where you can rediscover your strength, rebuild self-trust, and embrace yourself with acceptance and compassion.
Nicole is dedicated to walking alongside individuals facing depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and the everyday stressors that can feel overwhelming. She offers a nonjudgmental and collaborative space, where you don’t have to navigate things alone. Whether through talk therapy, creative expression, or a combination of both, Nicole tailors the therapeutic process to what will be most supportive for you. Her approach is warm, flexible, and focused on helping you feel more connected to yourself.
Nicole is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). Nicole is also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Additionally, she holds a Binge Eating and Chronic Dieting Certification and a Women’s Mental Health Specialist Certificate, which allows her to provide you with a well-rounded, holistic, trauma informed approach on your healing journey.
