“Actually, you can.” – note to Client

If you’ve found yourself constantly questioning your instincts, wondering if you’re overreacting, or feeling like you’ve lost yourself in relationships or at work, you’re not alone. I support women navigating this reality with narcissistic, self-centered, avoidant, dismissive, emotionally immature, or inconsistently attuned people (a partner, an ex, relative, friend, colleague, and so on). Together, we’ll make sense of the relational trauma fueling anxiety, people-pleasing, overthinking, and self-doubt. We’ll also explore how hormonal changes across the female lifespan, and when relevant, ADHD or autistic traits, influence emotional experiences and cognitive processing.

My intention is to help you reconnect with your own voice so you can stop second-guessing yourself, start making decisions that reflect your values, and truly be happy. I take a warm but direct approach, helping you distinguish attachment from harm, break patterns of self-abandonment, and build healthy boundaries with confidence. Whether you’re experiencing a trauma bond, codependency, being misperceived, feeling misunderstood, exhaustion from high-functioning anxiety or constant masking even to the extent of burnout… our shared goal is to move you from confusion to clarity, self-doubt to self-trust, and out of survival mode with action. Let me help you get unstuck.
