Breanne is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-II) with extensive experience supporting individuals through life transitions, anxiety and parenthood. Her style is flexible, down-to-earth, and always tailored to your unique needs. She draws from evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma informed care, and strength based while also creating space for humor, creativity, and real conversations. She’s especially passionate about working with young adults, first-time moms, and anyone looking for a therapist who truly “gets it” and meets you where you are.
When she’s not in office, Breanne brings the same warmth and authenticity into her personal life. You can often find her jamming out to her favorite playlists, strolling the aisles of TJ Maxx or Marshall’s in search of a good fine, or relaxing by a bonfire with her dog, Rosco. Breanne believes in balance, joy, and finding comfort in the little things – values she brings into her work with clients every day.
