Brianna is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) in Pennsylvania. Brianna is a client-centered, compassion-focused therapist. Brianna honors the multifaceted and nuanced lived experiences that shape how individuals understand themselves, others, and the world around them. She prioritizes cultivating a safe, gentle therapeutic space where clients can feel supported while exploring and expressing their authentic selves and experiences.
Brianna is passionate about supporting individuals navigating challenges related to complex trauma, grief and loss, identity development, life transitions, work and career exploration, chronic pain and/or illness, neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and interpersonal relationships. Additionally, Brianna is dedicated to holding compassionate space for women’s and maternal mental health-related concerns, including fertility and infertility, family planning, pre-, peri-, and postnatal anxiety, depression, and obsessive-compulsive disorder, as well as motherhood, parenting, identity, and sexuality. Brianna utilizes an integrative, client-centered, evidence-based approach, thoughtfully considering each individual’s unique needs, values, and preferences. She recognizes that healing looks different for everyone and is committed to meeting clients wherever they are along their life journey.
Brianna utilizes an integrative, client-centered, and compassion-focused therapeutic approach, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Narrative Therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and emotion regulation skills development. Her work is also informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), supporting clients in understanding and compassionately relating to their internal parts to foster greater self-autonomy, self-agency, and integration. Brianna also utilizes Creative and Expressive Arts Therapy to facilitate insight, understanding, and healing beyond words, alongside Existential and Gestalt approaches that focus on cultivating present-moment awareness, meaning-making, and authenticity.When appropriate, she incorporates somatic work by gently inviting the body into session through practices such as breathwork, nervous system regulation, and grounding exercises. Brianna tailors her approach to each individual by acknowledging how therapeutic needs and preferences often vary because healing is a deeply personal process.
