Are you a neurodivergent woman feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or just plain exhausted from trying to “hold it all together”? You’re not alone and you don’t have to keep navigating it all on your own. Katie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a specialized focus in supporting neurodivergent women across the lifespan. With a unique blend of clinical expertise and lived experience, Katie offers a compassionate and relatable space where you can unpack the pressures of masking, perfectionism, and the never-ending mental load. Whether you’re just stepping into adulthood, juggling a demanding career, managing chronic health issues, or in the thick of a major life transition, therapy with Katie is a space to breathe, reflect, and grow. As a therapist, Katie strives to create a space for you, a space where your experience is valid, your strengths are recognized, and your challenges are approached with compassion (and the occasional well-timed laugh).

Katie is an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) and has completed advanced training in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of ADHD. She values the importance of accurate diagnosis, psychoeducation, and collaborative treatment planning that centers the unique experiences of each client. Katie’s therapeutic style is strengths-based, relational, and infused with a touch of humor, because sometimes, laughter really is part of the healing.

She has a passion for working with students, healthcare professionals, creatives, cancer patients, those experiencing chronic illness, and women going through life transitions. Her approach is always tailored, trauma-informed, and grounded in building self-awareness, confidence, and sustainable strategies for growth.

When she’s not in session, Katie enjoys staying curious about the evolving research on neurodiversity and may or may not be fueled by strong coffee, emo and metal music. Katie is also an animal lover, and her Labrador Retriever, Boone loves to make the occasional appearance during virtual appointments.

Katie also offers ADHD Assessments, to learn more about being assessed for ADHD, click here.
