As a trauma therapist, Nikki is dedicated to helping mothers heal from birth trauma and family-of-origin trauma, empowering them to break free from the past and embrace the mom they want to be. She offers compassionate, trauma-informed care that creates space for healing, helping you reclaim your sense of self and nurture your family without being held back by past experiences. Together, you’ll transform your trauma into strength, allowing you to show up with confidence, connection, and peace.
Nikki is also passionate about supporting mothers who have experienced trauma and grief, recognizing that these experiences can deeply impact their sense of self and ability to parent in the way they desire. She understands the unique challenges that come with pregnancy and postpartum, as well as the emotional toll of parenting difficulties with children. Nikki is dedicated to helping mothers navigate these transitions while also guiding them in the journey of finding themselves amid the demands of motherhood. She believes that every mom deserves the opportunity to heal and grow into the version of herself she strives to be. Rooted in the belief that healing begins with a strong therapeutic relationship, Nikki creates a space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. She is committed to helping women and women-identifying clients process their trauma, build resilience, and reconnect with their inner strength, guiding them toward a more empowered and fulfilling life.
Nikki is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Additionally, she is a Certified Grief Professional and holds a Women’s Mental Health Specialist Certificate. Nikki has specialized training in Parts Work and Internal Family Systems (IFS) as well as somatic therapy, allowing her to provide a holistic, trauma-informed approach to healing.
