    As a mother who has experienced her own traumatic birth and NICU journey, Taylor has a deep passion for working with mothers navigating the challenges of postpartum anxiety, depression, and trauma. She knows firsthand how isolating and overwhelming it can be, and her goal is to help you feel heard, validated, and empowered to heal. Whether you’re recovering from birth trauma, processing NICU stress, or navigating the complexities of motherhood, Taylor will be there to guide you with understanding and care.

    In addition to her work with mothers, Taylor is passionate about family of origin and attachment work, helping clients unpack how their past shapes their current relationships. She works with clients on a variety of issues, from trauma and anxiety to relationship struggles and life transitions. Her approach is direct but rooted in empathy—she’ll be your advocate while also encouraging you to take ownership of your journey and work toward lasting change. She believes that understanding where you come from is key to healing and moving forward.

    Taylor’s therapeutic approach is a blend of warmth, compassion, and a healthy dose of humor. While she creates a genuine, supportive space where you can feel understood, she’s also not afraid to challenge you when needed. As an LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC ally, Taylor is committed to fostering a safe, inclusive space for individuals from all walks of life. She recognizes the importance of providing a non-judgmental and accepting environment where you can explore your identity, experiences, and challenges freely. Taylor is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor. With experience and training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and mindfulness-based techniques,

    Taylor advocates for a holistic approach to mental health—believing that both mind and body need attention for true healing. A busy mom of two young boys, she understands the balancing act of prioritizing both mental wellness and physical health, and she encourages clients to take an integrated approach to self-care. She believes that providing therapy is a privilege, and it is her honor to sit with clients in the depths of their pain as they work toward healing.
