Chellie specializes in supporting women navigating ADHD and AuDHD, particularly those who have spent years feeling overlooked, misunderstood, or quietly overwhelmed while appearing “fine” on the outside. Many women move through life masking challenges with attention, executive functioning, sensory sensitivity, and emotional regulation—often internalizing shame instead of receiving clarity. Chellie is passionate about helping women understand their brains through a neurodivergent-affirming, empowering lens so they feel seen, validated, and supported in ways that honor their lived experience. She is committed to creating a space where women of all ages and backgrounds feel comfortable, heard, and deeply cared for.Beyond women’s neurodivergent care, Chellie works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, burnout, identity development, and life transitions. She feels especially aligned with high-achieving individuals who hold significant responsibility in their personal or professional lives yet feel internally stretched thin. Chellie helps clients untangle patterns of perfectionism, people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, and chronic self-doubt. Her approach is strengths-based, collaborative, and practical. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), executive functioning skill-building, and psychoeducation to support clients in building insight, resilience, and sustainable strategies that truly fit their lives.Chellie is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with specialized training in ADHD assessment and neurodivergent-affirming care. Her work is trauma-informed and grounded in ongoing education in autism and ADHD in women.
